New resident portal questions.
I went to the rental office and they helped me set up the ne...
I went to the rental office and they helped me set up the new portal to pay the rent etc. I was stressed out, and they were very kind and helpful. All my questions were addressed. The office staff tries very hard to find solutions to whatever issues arise. They are doing a great job at keeping the areas neat and clean. The community should try their best to keep it clean by not throwing their trash on the parking lot or near the apartments. I expect good things to happen from the new owners. Just remember, we all live here,this is home.
